More than 30 years experience in financial institution FX sales, latterly as a Managing Director, most of it with HSBC. Since leaving HSBC Paul has spent the last seven years working as a consultant for buy side firms, and therefore brings an understanding of both buy and sell side priorities to his role as CEO. Since joining the firm Paul has driven the critical growth of the firm in defining the strategy and direction of travel the business should take to reach its full potential.

More than 35 years in global custody in a variety of global leadership roles including operations, client services and product management. She has worked for HSBC, BNY Mellon and most recently Northern Trust, where she was Head of Compliance for EMEA. Additionally, she has had experience in major global change projects including company mergers and system implementations.

With a Masters from Cambridge University, Stephen is an experienced data scientist and leads all matters technical at SIREN FX. Stephen has worked across a variety of industry sectors including pioneering EDI transactions, managing major transitions for global companies and delivering large scale project management outcomes. Stephen's work includes foundational projects such as his role working on the HMRC elements of the Government Gateway. Using a broad set of skills developed in the sciences, data and academic industries, Stephen applies a meticulous attention to detail approach as part of his role as CTO for SIREN FX.

Alain Dastros, a Chartered Management Accountant (CIMA – CGMA), has worked in the last 20 years for US and Pan European Multinationals such as Anheuser-Bush, Brinks, DTZ, Mayfield and Severin Finance. His roles ranged from European Controller to Group finance Director. In his role for SIREN FX he brings a wealth of knowledge through extensive involvements in start ups and enablement of growth though tax structuring, financial reporting and active financial management.

Over 20 years’ experience in FX within investment banks including JP Morgan and HSBC. Nic has worked with a range of investment professionals and clients from leveraged money executing at high frequency and real money accounts for portfolio management. His last 10 ten years banking was spent working closely with pensions funds, in the UK and globally, to establish hedging and execution across their global investments. Since leaving banking in 2019 Nic has continued to advise multiple pension schemes and investment managers on foreign exchange exposures in a consultancy capacity.

John brings more than 25 years experience in various functions across Capital Markets at Citigroup spanning operations, change management, digital transformation & innovation, sales and product management. He was previously Citi Velocity EMEA Head of Sales building its proprietary cross-asset institutional Research, Content, Data and Web Analytics platform from infancy to award winning digital platform. John has FX & Fixed Income knowledge as well as intimate institutional relationships across EMEA..
Advisory board member, senior applied AI and FX market expert
Declan serves on the SIREN FX Advisory Board. He has over 30 years of experience in the global financial markets, having worked in various FX sales, FX trading and FX management roles for Citigroup, UBS, StanChart, Chase and BarCap. He is currently CEO of Nazaré Point, a FinTech AI- driven Investment Advisor that recently merged with Coalface Capital. He holds an MBA from London Business School and is also a board member of CeADAR, Ireland’s Centre for Applied AI, based in University College Dublin.

Dennis has over 40 years of experience as a global investment and finance executive. He serves on the SIREN FX Advisory Board. Dennis is a member of the Glass Lewis & Co. Board of Directors. He is a Non-Executive Director for American Made Filtration Corporation. Dennis is the Chair of the Private Directors Association Private Equity Committee Strategic Council. Dennis served on the Board of Directors of Texas Industries (NYSE-TXI), Foreign Policy Association Board of Directors and the Council of Institutional Investors Board of Directors. He was appointed to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Investor Advisory Committee by Former SEC Chair Mary Shapiro. Dennis is the Former Chief Strategy Officer for Public Investment Fund, Former Chief Investment Officer for TIAA and Former Chief Investment Officer for Comerica.
Advisory board member, trading and market structure expert
Mathew Szeto has almost two decades in financial services, and serves on the SIREN FX Advisory Board. He began his career as an algorithm developer at RBC Capital Markets, and spent time in progressively senior roles in Toronto and London, ultimately as co-head of Cash Equity Execution for the EMEA region. During this time he greatly expanded RBC’s presence in the region and was responsible for Cash Equities MiFID II program. Mathew Spent two years at Peel Hunt, and is now Head of Institutional Sales for Aquanow, a global digital asset & crypto infrastructure and liquidity provider. Mathew has a B.ASc (Computer Engineering) degree from the University of Toronto, is a Professional Engineer in Ontario and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter-holder.
